The last month of the League Nights at the Mattawa Golf & Ski Resort has begun and is now in full swing!

On Tuesday August 30, 2011, Ladies’ Night, was a 4 Lady Scramble.
The Ladies’ Night winners were:

1st Flight, the team of Rachelle Draper, Linda McConomy, Brenda Martel, and Debbie Wilkins, with a score of 34.
2nd Flight, the team of Lise Kirkham, Louise Guerin, Bonnie Dinsmore, and Josie Dinsmore, with a score of 39.
 
On Thursday September 1, 2011, Men’s Night, was a 4 Man Dogfight.
The Men’s Night winners were:

1st Flight, the team of Paul Swindle, JC Belanger, Gerry Brazeau, and Brain Williams, with a score of 71.
2nd Flight, the team of Wayne Chaput, Chico Belanger, Gantry Webster, and Yves Breton, with a score of 74.

During the past two weeks, an Open Chicken and Dogs game was held at the Mattawa Golf & Ski Resort, along with the regular league nights.

The True North Chevrolet Golf Tournament, one of the many Mattawa Voyageurs Days events, was held last Friday at the Mattawa Golf & Ski Resort!  Many local and out of town golfers had a great day participating in the tournament, that was all for charity!  Here are the results from the Ladies’, Men’s, and Mixed, league nights, and the True North Chevrolet Golf Tournament, from the past week:

Friday July 22, 2011, the Mattawa Voyageur Days True North Chevrolet Golf Tournament was held, at the Mattawa Golf & Ski Resort.
The True North Chevrolet Golf Tournament was a charity tournament for the Mattawa and Area Children & Youth Program, who also put on the event.
The True North Chevrolet Golf Tournament winners were:

1st Flight, Team Molson, with a score of 61.
2nd Flight, the team of Vala Belter, Wayne Belter, Rodger McNabb, and Janet McNabb, with a score of 68.
